Friends of Bridgemead organised a Musical Quiz for the first time on 6th April.
“We had a happy evening which I think everyone enjoyed,” says Una, Chair of the Friends. Helen Schofield set the questions which involved listening to music – mostly classical and then answering a pre written question – a sort of musical consequences.There were questions on classical, some jazz and folk/50s music.
There were 4 teams and Una says: “Annoyingly my husband’s team won and appropriately they were Team 1!” She adds: “It was a fun evening with very good food – a big thank you to all the caterers. We were delighted to raise £260 and are looking forward to the next event which will have a more show music and musicals theme.”
